Twister Big Game - Refund & Transfer Policy

All registrations for the Twister Big Game are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Due to the size and nature of this event - including extensive field setup, props, staffing, travel arrangements, production costs, prizes, and scheduling - all sales are final once registration is completed. Your registration directly supports the infrastructure required to run the Big Game and cannot be reassigned to another player or future event.

The Twister Big Game is a rain-or-shine event. As part of the Twister theme and scenario experience, weather is considered part of the game, and Mother Nature may play a role. Gameplay will continue in rain, wind, and other typical weather conditions unless field safety is compromised.

In the unlikely event of extreme or unsafe conditions that require temporary delays or adjustments, staff will modify gameplay as needed, but no refunds or credits will be issued.

By registering for the Twister Big Game, you acknowledge and accept this policy and understand the physical and environmental demands of a large-scale outdoor scenario paintball event.
